Contract: Once approved, we’ll send you the contract via DocuSign. You can sign it electronically. 5. Final Payment & Key Collection: After signing the contract, pay the first and last month’s rent (no deposit required) and collect your keys. For Students: If you have a UK guarantor, that’s fine. If not, you’ll need to pay three months’ rent upfront. HOLDING DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE
